Refunds, Returns and Exchanges - Services and Merchandise

Refunds
Upon confirmation of reservation, BHHS Georgia Properties reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. Applicable cancellation fee equivalent to:
Up to 2 days prior to scheduled showing appointments (Tier 2 & Tier 3) = 25% Cancellation fees (Non-refundable deposit to apply)
2 to 0 days prior to scheduled showing appointments (Tier 2 & Tier 3) = 50% Cancellation fees, unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation.

Return and exchange policy
All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and the product must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Returns
To make a return, check your packing slip to confirm which vendor shipped your product, then fill out the return form on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.

Please note: Shipping charges will not be refunded for the return of unwanted items.

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item?
Please contact Customer Service to return the product at our expense. A replacement product will be provided, or you may request a credit to the credit card used to purchase the product.

Exchanges
To exchange unused or defective products, you must contact Customer Service at rentals@bhhsgeorgia.com or 1-800-241-2441. They will contact you within two business days with further instructions.

What if I don’t have my original packing slip?
You can print a copy of your order confirmation and enclose it with a return form noting the return authorization number provided by customer service.

How do I check the status of my return or exchange?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be issued. If you have any questions regarding the status of your refund, contact Customer Service at rentals@bhhsgeorgia.com or 1-800-241-2441 after the 5 business day waiting period has elapsed.

Shipping, Delivery & Policies

Delivery of Services:


Upon confirmation of your payment, an associate of BHHS Georgia Properties will contact you within 1 business day to schedule the initial consultation and other features of your chosen service package.

General Shipping information:


BHHS Georgia Properties shipping methods allow for shipments to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. At this time we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

If inventory is available, most orders leave our warehouses within one (1) business day from the date the order has been accepted and confirmed.

Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), during normal business hours.

Multiple Shipments


In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, BHHS Georgia Properties may ship items from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.

Partial Shipments


Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses, or at different times based on item availability. When this occurs, the status of you order may be labeled 'Partially Shipped.' Partial shipment of an order is at BHHS Georgia Properties discretion and will not increase your shipping charges.

Signatures Required


To ensure that your BHHS Georgia Properties purchase arrives safely, we require that someone sign for your order when it is delivered.

Tracking Your Order


When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.

Shipping Methods


We offer four methods for shipping your orders from BHHS Georgia Properties:

Standard - Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is 1-3 business days.

Expedited - Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is two (2) business days.

Express - Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is one (1) business day.



Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). At certain times during the year, BHHS Georgia Properties may offer free shipping in select categories or via certain shipping methods.

Please note that the order cutoff time for determining when an order leaves our warehouse is 2:00 PM local time (the time zone in which you are placing your order).

Please allow additional processing and transit times for orders shipping to Alaska and/or Hawaii.
