Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policies
Berkshire Hathaway Georgia Properties reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:
Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to email@example.com and a cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 business days. Refundable amounts, as set forth in this Cancellation Policy,will be refunded within 10 business days.
There will be no refunds after rental services are rendered. A partial credit of paid fees may be applied to a home purchased through a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties associate. To qualify for a partial credit, the customer must be properly registered through firstname.lastname@example.org and purchase a home within 12 months of the tour date.
A rental tour will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment may be made online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. A processing fee of $10 will be charged per transaction.

Expedited - Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is two (2) business days.

Shipping Rates & Times
Please note that the order cutoff time for determining when an order leaves our warehouse is 2:00 PM local time (the time zone in which you are placing your order).
